Hours of Operation:
My name is Tod Esquivel and I have been training and coaching for 5 years. We run Indoor and Outdoor Fitness Boot Camps. We train my campers at their onsite facility.
We are interested in helping you achieve your personal fitness goals, stay motivated and accountable toward success. We train our campers consistently each week in a way that is challenging but safe. We are able to create exercise programs that incorporate muscle strength, endurance, flexibability; cross-training, as well as cardio-respiratory conditioning that is based on our campers needs and comfort levels.
We are available to run Boot Camps Monday through Friday between the times of 5:00am to 8:30pm. I'm also available on Saturday from 7:00am to 3:00pm.
